SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND
POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Hogan's Alley Clothing. Stated below are our shipping, returns, and exchange policies.

Shipping
​
All orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and Canadian holidays are processed on the next business day. For all orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details of your delivery.

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.

Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process.

Returns
You have 20 calendar days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged. All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless a faulty or incorrect item has been sent out.
Purchased items can only be exchanged for a different size or print of the same product.

A copy of the emailed receipt must be included in the return package
​
Exchanges are based on availability and will be shipped to you free of charge.
​
To initiate a return, email info@hogansalleyclothing.com with a return or exchange request. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged / defective item has been received at our office and processed by our staff. We hold the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to process from the date we receive the item.
We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.
